Sometimes your problems are exaggerations of challenges that you may feel unequipped to handle. That does not have to be true. You need to look at the problems that you face as something that you have to and can overcome, and it is here to teach you a lesson.
NOT EVERYONE IS EVIL
Sometimes, what really messes us up is the thought that others, in any situation, will always have mal-intent. If there is someone who wants to become our friend or just wants to help, we might automatically consider them an enemy simply because we have made ourselves believe that everyone/everything is against us based on the actions of just a few people.
TRY TO FIND THE EASIEST WAY TO DO SOMETHING
Don’t let yourself be overwhelmed by a difficult task. Instead of wasting your time worrying about the time, put your efforts into devising the most effective way to achieve something with minimum effort.
